GSI is a family run business established in 2015. Initially created to invest in buy to let property GSI has expanded in the property development industry. Focussing in our local area GSI identify land/dilapidated property with a view to refurbish to a high standard to retain in our portfolio, or to resell.
We work with local developers offering quick and flexible finance opportunities allowing them to fund similar deals.
Our portfolio consists of a mixture of commercial property and residential buy to let property.
Our ethos is simple. We will develop a home as if we were to live in it ourselves, and we will supply bridge loan funds if we believe the project will be a success.
