GSI’s first development project located in the heart of Chester. This three-story former office block has been converted into a ground floor commercial with six studio apartments. Developed in 2016 all areas of the property have been fully occupied by professionals ever since.

We then developed the upper floors into four luxury studio apartments. Our vision for this development was to offer studios finished to a luxury hotel room standard whilst retaining some of the history of the building. This also sits highly when looking at GSI’s best performing rental properties.
